Investments we did after
privatisation, regarding the fish tank from year to year
are evident.Fish production was raised as it shows below.
During first year
after
privatisation(2004) production of the fish was
120.000 kg per year. In year 2005 this production was raised up to 200.000
kg. In year 2006 production was raised up to 230.000 kg. In this fish tank
we cultivate the TROUT fish. For growing and developing of the fish mainly
is used concentrated food from Denmark, which is tested for its quality.
When we consider very favorible envirment and cold water from Istog spring,
then it results that this is a fish of a very high quality.Of the row fish
we have few other ways of the fish meat prepation like:
-Cleaned
and vacumed
-Drye and
smocked
